Error : User ‘username’ is over quota

while sending email I get Internal Server Error User ‘username’ is over quota. What can I do now?

when you get the error " Internal Server Error User ‘username’ is over quota. " just connect to your server via ssh and execute the following commands:

cd /var/cpanel/overquota (To get in the directory)
mv uesrname username-bak (To rename the username. make sure to replace the username with your actual username.)



2) If still problem persists go to whm, go in tweak settings, disable all webmails and save
then enable them again...

3) Next is /scripts/fixquotas is also fixing the issue.
