How to Edit File in Windows vista

The following are the ways to edit files in Windows vista -

a) > Right-Click a file type to make the changes
> Properties
> In general tab, click on the change button
> Select program from list
> Click Browse to select .EXE file on hard disk

b) > Control Panel
> Select Programs
> Make a file type(open) in one program
> In classic view, open Default Programs
> Click Associate a file type / protocol with a program
> Highlight a file type in the list
> Click Program
