Spam Bots on the forum

Hey

I have started to notice over the last week we have had a few spam bots creating accounts and posting random stupid messages with links in the footer of the message.

Anyone else noticed this?

Yes, this has been noticed and we will make sure that a strict action is taken against it. Any forum user who posts links against the rules will be banned and the posts will be removed asap Hammering

I think i've reported about 5 messages in the last two days.

Yes, any bot forum posts irrelevant posts found in the forum will result in account ban and deletion of the account.

I would be careful when looking around. I know for a few friends of mine they are being hit by human spammers that are coming up with names like MichelleHunt (first full, last full name) and I am almost laughing when I read some of the things they post about.
