Twitter is the hottest project on Internet these days and everybody is trying to tie up with Twitter in order to gain some business. First it was Microsoft to tie up with Twitter, thus making your tweets visible in their new search engine Bing and now there are news that Google too want a deal with Twitter. War between Microsoft and Google is age long and it is hard to say who will emerge as the winer but one thing is sure that in the fight of these two giants Twitter will surely gain a spot.
I think Google will win this one as they managed to do for search engines what Microsoft did for OS. You don't tell some one to search on the net, you tell them to Google it. And how many people know there are other options to Windows as an operating system of a PC?
I read somewhere today that someone else is jumping on the Twitter bandwagon but I can't remember exactly who that is. In any case, Twitter will win either way.
Just like Google, Bing the new search engine from Microsoft is also looking to index Tweets....let it be in any way, one thing is sure Twitter is enjoying the war of Search Engines.
Twitter has traveled a lot in very few days. You wont find such a success in less time span. This is for sure that if Google and Bing both ties up with Twitter, twitter will the gain the maximum of the lime lite
How exactly would this work? Would the index individual tweets as if they were web pages? Then what? They would come up in regular searches or would they have a separate option for searching tweets?
well it goes on like that search engines will include a real-time index of Tweets that match your search queries. One more thing confirmed by the search engines is that duplicates, adult and Spam tweets will be reduced to a great extent.
Oh dear, so does that mean you will have a e list of tweets included with your searches? I don't think they would necessarily be helpful, especially in 140 characters. But what do I know, right?

I completely agree! Twitter has no real enemies, at least not right now. But MS and big G will continue to fight their battles. I just don't know what will be the outcome.
I think Google's gonna win this one. They seem to have all sorts of new products coming out that people are latching on to. My only worry is that they don't have the infrastructure to support their booming growth.
