Default Organizing

I've been trying like some others, to add a much more organized system to my daily tasks. Do any of you know where I could get a software or something that would be beneficial? I'd like something to organize my address books, financial records, documents and things into something where they are much easier to find. Preferably something free or very inexpensive would be great since you all know I've dedicated myself to saving money for this new journey! ;)

A lot of this sort of thing (particularly financial stuff) can be managed pretty easily with Microsoft Office Excel. There are a lot of free spreadsheets available for download on the web, so if you have Microsoft Office you might try a few Google searches to see how much of your organization can be managed that way. I handle my personal budget with a spreadsheet and love it.
