Is anyone around here a Photoshop expert? I'm having the darnedest time using this software to make a decent banner. And I can't seem to make it flash either?

Well I'm not an expert at Photoshop so I can't help you out much. However, there is a great tutorial online I use when I need help with something in Photoshop. Just Google Absolute Cross and you should be able to find some help there.
