Creating a Web Spider

hi i was wondering if anybody can help me out in giving me a book name for unix which contains scripting and making spider or webbot or crawler. i really appreciate it. Thanx

Instead of a book, i would suggest that you search on Google and practice them on a test hosting account.

Thanks Shane, I guess that seems more like the logical thing to do. I am wondering how hard this might be? Practicing and testing them?
