I had some problems in my early days. Quite frankly I didn't know very much. So I found a young programmer who was willing to do the programming to get my website up and running. Well he used all sorts of codes that I'm not sure he knew what it was. In the end I had a working website that no one could work on because of all the made-up codes. I was forever stuck with the one programmer and he was unreliable. I guess I'm trying to help others avoid my pitfall. It's a lot of work but learn your own website and if you have to get someone else to work on it, then get someone professional to do it. I no longer have the website because I wasn't going to be at that programmer's mercy. A lesson learned.
Wow Markrd, I'm sorry to hear that you had to go though that. Did you have them sign a contract or did you just hired them to freelance without giving them rules?
Honestly, speaking. This case resembles with clients who select wrong hosting providers and eventually blame it on the reputed one's. However, client's / users need to be wise and make an appropriate selection.
