I have a website that is community oriented. I would like to ask you all to tell me what makes you feel at home on a site? I figured I'd get everyone's input and see if there's anything that will help me make my customers more at home. Thanx

A great support system from the administration is my number one need. I hate to use a new site and not be able to get any "real" support when needed. Excellent communication is the key to success.
