Santrex is the worst hosting company I've ever been unlucky enough to use. Their tech support took over 8 hours to reply to simple tickets. At one point I waited over 48 hours for a simple reboot request. There is no limit to how unprofessional they treat their customers. I wish I would have researched about them before signing up, if so I would have also seen the vast number of complaints about them.
