Certainly, you will get to know the amount of Followers you have on the Homepage of your Twitter account itself. You can Find more people and Follow them and try to make them your Followers on Twitter. The more Followers you will have, the better it is ;)

People still follow Britney Spears? O_o

I'm actually surprised CNN has fallen behind to fourth place. Last I heard, CNN and Ashton Kutcher were neck and neck in their silly little Twitter race a few months ago. I think Ashton won that one, but I though CNN would at least be able to maintain their growth. Looks like more people are interested in celebrities than they are in the news.
