All these automated submission tools are not that helpful as far as SEO is concerned.. I think they are useless in all aspects. They will not be of great help. You cannot submit your site to directories automatically because all these directories have different terms and conditions to submit. There are also different formats followed by directories in case of title and description you submit.

I would suggest to do it manually, it is time consuming but you will be able to feed much info effectively about your site.

I am too lazy to submit websites, perhaps a submission tool will be perfect to start atleast.

Yes there is website submitter and submit eaze too but both cost your pocket a little bit. I use website submitter earlier but still I recommend manual submissions.

if you are submitting to a search engine like AltaVista, Go.com, or HotBot, then automated submissions software can save you valuable time but In the past, automated submitters fell into disfavor because they did not emulate a browser when they are submitted. Most of the search engines were reported to place automated submissions into a lower priority queue, which makes it to take longer for these websites to be indexed in search engine.

So Manual submission is always better than Automated submission.
