every one of those is key to a successful host... you need the features to be backed up by the support, which can run smoothly due to plenty of webspace and bandwidth, which is stable due to the uptime.
theres no one point to this.
A year or so ago, BODHOST would go down every now and then, despite the 99.9% uptime promise - however (i hope i dont speak too soon) i havent noticed any downtime with my website for a long time! also, the support of bodhost has gone right up, with online support via live chat 24 hours a day.
and it goes without saying they have the webspace and bandwidth covered well.
