problem in code

}

The above background image will not show up.This image i copied from Web design forum. I've tried every variation possible regarding the path to the image, so I am confident it is not the path. The image is 30x5px. Anybody have any ideas?

Please send us the html page where you have used this css so that we can figure out where is the actual problem
