Default E-Commerce Cart With Website

Hi

I am seeking for a open source shopping cart, which has the most features and easy to use with WYSIWYG editors.

You can purchase any template and customize it according to your requirements. There are lots of templates available for such kind of needs.

You need to take a look at Magento shopping cart. It has a WYSIWYG plug-in as well.

Hi

Magento is a resource hungry shopping cart. Additionally, it's pretty difficult to set up. I am thinking about Joomla or something similar to it. Any suggestion for this type of thing?

First, you need to decide what solution you want and which is more important for you; CMS based shopping cart or fully customized e-commerce website. Whichever choose just make it clear what exactly you want to do.....

Actually, it's pretty difficult for anyone to suggest a shopping cart software without knowing what kind of stuff you are selling, and what types of functionality you want from the software. They are pretty different from one another and I think, all we know that few of them are complicated. First you need to check what exactly you want, so you can launch your e-shop sooner.

I think OScommerce would be the best option for you. It does have WYSIWYG editors.

Hope this helps

I think osCommerce is ok E-commerce solution. The only reason I am using this shopping cart because its very unique nature, but sometime requires heavy programming for customization, but it's okay for me. I also looked at Magento, but it is very complected, however, as an alternative solutions for e-commerce there are enough open source shopping cart available. So user can choose any one of them according to level of comfort.

You can check out the Avactis Shopping Cart, full of features, you can change or create new content pages using the built-in Content Management System and WYSIWYG editor and you can quickly and easily change the storefront design using the CSS Editor.
