Default Billing System

Hi

I have purchased Kayako support and now I am seeking for a reliable billing system which has following features:

1.Different features than Kayako
2.Should be interested well with Kayako
3.Easy for the integration
4.Easy to customize design and can be integrated into my e-commerce website
5.Whois support function and Easy API key integration for domain registration
6.Compatible with paypal and 2 check out
7.etc............

I have sorted few names:

  • WHMCS
  • Hostbill
  • AccountLab Plus
  • PHPCoin
  • Modernbill
  • Clientexec

Do you have any other suggestion? Also that billing system should be able to include ccTLD domain extensions as well.

I would like to vote for WHMCS. I had tried Clientexec before and for my requirements it was not that much suitable as compared WHMCS. Actually, I required more domain api plug-ins than clientexec offers.

Can I ask what kind of domain plug-ins are not supported by clientexec? I want to know that to put clientexec out of the list.

Its only work with a few reseller options and the one I am using is not compatible with it. I also want my clients to be able to log-in directly to our client panel to cope up their domains. Even some of the other billing system support NEO as well, but Clientexec don't support fully, so it means the lack of features. In addition it only supports enom, opensrs, and directi.

From the options provided, my vote goes to WHMCS. WHMCS is one of the most advanced and user friendly billing system available as for now. It has got almost all the features required. Though, you may feel that the licensing fee is on a higher side but the features you will get justify the fee you will pay for the license

Please make sure that you purchase the correct license as WHMCS offers different types of licenses. Also, the installation should be done in a proper manner for optimum performance.
