Hi

I have a large business and now I am planning to launch an e-shop website to boost my sales revenue. After researching on the internet I've seen lot of recommendation about Magento e-commerce software. And now I want to know, Magento shopping cart right for me? Or should I consider other alternatives.

One more question. Do I provide live chat option with my e-commerece website? Because normally I've seen live chat option with only web hosting sites.

It's all up to you. It is better to have a live chat option though but it is not necessary.
