How to become a Merchant Account provider?

I am thinking, it would be more beneficial for me to become a merchant account provider instead of the business of to one. So tell me how to become a merchant account provider?

It will cost you too much. At first, you will have to pay $10k to register as an ISO/MSP and then per year you need to pay $5k to stay registered. Even though, you will need to find a supporting bank and it's obvious that bank will check a background before your request being accepted.

Also you need an acquiring bank to institution your applications and handle the processing. Generally this is the same bank that supports you to become a merchant account provider.

In addition, you will have to know how the acquiring banks institution works and be ready to properly submit new applications to them.

Even i had similar thoughts to be merchant accounts provider but it seems pretty difficult now.. $10K only for registration !!!
