What is the most popular payment system in EU?

Hi

We are looking for an alternative system similar to PayPal in EU? System should also support bank transfers. Currently we are using PayPal, but some of our EU customers don't feel comfortable with it so that the reason now we want alternative for our EU clients. So let me know which, payment system is more popular among European countries?

IMO PayPal is still more popular among many countries. PayPal would still be the largest and flexible payment method system, it supports credit and debit card, bank transfers as well. However, there are other alternatives also available like Moneybookers, which is based in UK. So if you wan to include another payment system with your product/service for EU customers, I'd recommend go with Moneybookers.
