Default DoFollow Lists
Does commenting on blogs and posting on forums that allow dofollow links still has some impact on the SEO and ranking? Also, do you know of any good dofollow forums and blogs?

I'm sure that it does but you can rarely find any dofollow sites today because more and more people realize just how bad can be to let this option open.
