Default Best SEO Cart?
What is the best e-commerce platform regarding SEO options? I need full control over such features, if this is even possible.

You can consider Magento shopping cart for your E-commerce website as it includes great features and is an extremely refined shopping cart application, however, if you do not find Magento shopping cart as per your needs, you can choose Zen Cart or OScommerce as both of these applications are also very flexible and easy to use.

I really hopes that Magento has the SEO flexibility of WordPress, for example. Thanks for the answer anyway, I will need to look more closely into it.

i've been looking for any suggestions for SEO friendly carts as well, currently I'm with Shopping Cart Elite which is impressive as well. It's nice to hear other options in here.

You can also check the Avactis Shopping Cart. It is not only a shopping cart system, but also an eCommerce Content Management System (CMS).
You can change the logo of your store, the text of your main page or create new pages using the built-in Content Management System and a WYSIWYG editor. The pages you create will be SEO-friendly - you can add META descriptions, META keywords and SEO titles to them.

I purchase an SEO cart from online. Paid ones are best and SEO friendly.
