Hello,

I am wondering what tool or website you use to check the ranking of your website ?

I have a PR checker on my browser's toolbar. It's much quicker to use than a website. I occasionally check Alexa, but their rankings don't concern me much.

What ranking do you mean, traffic rank or PR? For traffic rank, of course I use Alexa as it is the only choice at least for now. I use PR Checker or Mypagerank to check PR.

I would guess they are talking about page rank but maybe unsure exactly what it is? I know a few places offer free ways to check PR, just plug your site into the text field on their site and it gives results. Maybe they are not aware of other ways to check this?

Yes, it's so simple as that to check PR on both websites above. Anyway, besides Alexa, you can use Rankwidget to check your traffic rank ( also PR and the number of Yahoo Inlinks).

Use Rank Checker extension for Mozilla Firefox browser. It's free and simple to use, although it needs a bit of polishing.

Default PRchecker

If you are confused about PRchecker you can just head over to PRchecker.org. From there you can find out everything that you want to know as well as get any tools that might be helpful.
