Support is one of the most important factor when it comes to hosting services and hence if you are able to offer Live chat support, it will be a benefit to you provided that the live chat support offered is good quality support ;) When it comes to a live chat application you should select, I would suggest Liveperson.

If you are able to offer support through live chat as well as helpdesk i.e. emails, it will be a benefit to you and hence I would recommend you to provide support via emails as well as live chat.
