RSS feeds

How do you submit content to an RSS feed? My daughter wants to try it for her blog and asked me to help her. I've never worked with this before though and thought I'd ask here. Thanks for any help.

Submitting the feed of your website to feed directories is very similar to that way you submit to blog directories. You simply need to copy the feed link of your website and proceed with its submission.You should ideally find the feed of your site at : www.yourdomain.com/feed or www.yourdomain.com/feeds or www.yourdomain.com/rss-feeds.html

If you have configured your blog with Wordpress and a widget of the RSS and you can see the URL with /feed . While submitting it to any particular site, submit this URL and you are done, RSS submission needs to be done only once.
