Recently, the free web publishing sites like Squidoo and Hubpages has created a buzz on internet. These sites are much appreciated in helping to increase backlinks of your websites. Are there any more sites like these? What are your opinion about these free publishing sites?

This sites are good for getting a good visibility as number of active members is very large on it. www(dot)vox(dot)com is also a good site

Well, definitely these free web publishing sites are worth, as first thing vox and squidoo are dofollow sites through which you can build backlinks also good for traffic. Other than these three sites Google recently have introduced Knol.google.com . Its very much similar to these sites.

I am not sure whether the site provides do follow or no follow backlinks, however, Bloglines is also a good website to publishing data and can fetch a good amount of traffic for your website
