hence i would like to know if you have used such sites for promoting your business ?
If YES, have you got any positive results from doing so !!!

Twitter, Facebook, Squidoo are really good to promote your product, only the thing is publish a fresh content in these sites which is useful for visitors. Naturally you will get a good traffic when you keep update with these sites.

This can be useful in promotion for your business.

Twitter is good but not up to the potential that it has been hyped, most of its users use it for Spamming and it also lacks relevancy.

Just wait until Google starts indexing tweets, it will probably get a lot worse before it gets better. They will have to come up with an algorithm that sandboxes spammy tweets and indexes 140 character messages of useful content. Is that even possible? To supply useful content in 140 characters?
