Social Networking to Promote Content

Honestly, I think a lot more websites need to find a way to integrate their focus into an application on sites like Facebook. :p One of the websites (AssociatedContent.com) that I used to write articles for had an application that would instantly publish your articles to your Facebook wall. I haven't seen a lot of other content-related sites do this, but it seems like free exposure. Is there any other article submission site that has a Facebook app like that?

Well, if you are looking for reliable applications/tools to promote your content on social bookmarking sites like facebook etc. I would suggest you to check RSS feeds which is certainly and reliable and good option for promoting content (atleast I think ;))

Most of the social bookmarking sites have this option and you can use this option to spread the content of your website
