Does anyone do any advertising by using cost per action type things that CPA networks offer? I am trying to figure out the best way to utilize this and would like any input you care to offer.
I've had limited success with this sort of thing. I think it might be best to stick with payments by impression/click or straight affiliation. It's not as easy as you might think to get people to do things like sign up for a newsletter they've never heard of or a free trial of something they don't really want.
Yes that is very true. I used to just sign up for anything that said "free" in the description. I learned the hard way that "free" usually means we'll give you something once, and overload your email daily. Nice to have a 2nd view on it. I'm thinking clicks are a good thing right now.
