Google Ads vs Who?

We all know that the go-to guy in advertisements is Google, But who else is out there that can monetize your site/blog or whatever? There has to be some other options out there. Can anyone help?

There's the Yahoo! Publisher Network. I think it's only for U.S. based publishers, though. International publishers aren't eligible. :(

I've heard that one of the best ways to monetize is to use affiliate ads. Commission Junction is one of the best place to get affiliate ads, I hear, and it works even better if you mix in CJ ads with AdSense.

There are tons of others. There is Bidvertiser, Chitika, Widgetbucks and so many more. You can find all kinds of ways. Even Amazon.com has ways for you to earn money. Just check them out and use the ones you like.

I've used Bidvertiser before and never really liked it. The ads weren't relevant at all, so I didn't get many clicks. I had both AdSense and Bidvertiser running on the same page — Bidvertiser never even reached half of what I got from AdSense. :(

I agree they aren't always relevant from Bidvertiser. However, I've used Bidvertiser as well and done pretty well. You can pick and choose what ads run and which don't.

I've just stuck with Google, I don't want to junk up my site too much with advertisement. I hate stuff like that on other sites and I don't care to offend my members by spamming my site with that junk. But that's just me. ;)
