CRM recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good customer resource management (CRM) software? I've used PeopleSoft CRM before, but it was a desktop application. What I'm looking for now is an online solution since a desktop application is limited to in-house staff.

Suggestions?

You could use Zoho CRM, it is free if you have only three users. You will have to pay if want more users, but it's still cheap. I don't know what it's like, though, since I've never used a CRM. :P

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'll go have a look at Zoho CRM. The feature list looks good, and I like that it's free to try out. :D
