I know this question is probably in here somewhere but I can't seem to find it to find an answer. How do I put Google ads on my website and how do I limit their scope so that the ads only pertain to my business?

Well, if you wish to put Google ads on your website then you'll have to contact Google Adsense which is a service provided by Google to have Google ads on your website and provide you Revenue for it.

In order to contact Google Adsense you'll have to signup at google dot com/ adsense. After you signup, you can submit your website and your website will be reviewed by the Google Adsense team to check the traffic of your website and also the content it has.

Make sure, you can have Google ads on your website only if you have some specific amount of hits or say number of unique visitors on your website on monthly basis. However, the number of hits or Unique visitors required to have Google ads on your website is not known (atleast I don't know about it ;) ).

When it comes to selecting Google ads relevant to the content and niche of your website, Google Adsense provides ads which is relevant to your website content and niche so that the websites placing ads receive hits from your website and Google, you and the websites placing ads on your website earns some benefit.
