but It is really urgent! SEO need for my site, but the SEO company in my country are not so good, so can anyone recommend some reputable ones for me, just the name is ok, then I will contact them for details.

I would recommend you to work on it manually instead of hiring an SEO Company. That will help you to not only get good ranking for your site in SE but also to improve your marketing skills.

Correct, it is always better to do the SEO work of your website on your own. Most of the SEO Companies will charge a lot and you won't get proper results inspite of paying a large amount towards them. Hence, it is recommended that you do the SEO work yourself.

I have noticed people spending a lot of Money for Directory Submissions of their websites which is really not worth according to me because it does not take a long time to submit your website into Directories and if you Submit your Website in the Directories on your own, you can atleast submit your website in the Correct Categories and in a proper way which is certainly good for good rankings of your website.

You can find number of SEO companies over the search engines. But, if you know SEO then it is always better to do it yourself.

I would not completely agree to others about getting the site optimized from someone else. You should authenticate the SEO company before giving your project to them.

According to me the best way to keep a track of your SEO work even after giving the project to an Authenticated SEO company is to ask for a Regular Report of the work done and checking if the Work is done according to the Reports provided. This would be a good option to keep a Track of the SEO work done for the projects you have.

Yes, you can check the reports Regularly and check if the work is done accordingly. Also, it is suggested that you don't Hire an SEO Company for a longer time as it might be possible that the SEO company won't give you the Results you expect and you may have to change the SEO company.

That's correct. Also, as the Search Engines keep on changing the Algorithm, it might be possible that the SEO company you have hired does not cope up with the Algorithm quite well which will definitely affect the SEO company and your websites SE Rankings.
