All are website traffic stats program, Awstats is most popular and is widely used due to its easy to use features ;) not sure about Webalizer haven't used it till the date.

Webalizer, Analog Stats and Awstats all have the same purpose but each one has its own features. From what I know Awstats is mostly preferred due to the detailed description it provides and also because of its easy to understand graphical interface.

1. Number of Unique visitors.
2. Number of visits.
3. Visit Duration.
4. Authenticated users.
5. IP addresses of Visitors.
6. OS used by the Visitors.
7. Browsers used by the Visitors.
8. Keywords, Keyphrases and Search Engines used to find your website.
9. HTTP Errors.
10. Most Visited links.
11. Visits of Search Engine robots.
12. Worms attacks.
