Nope, you won't face any problem if you have a link to an adult website which does not have Legal adult content. However, you should make sure that you do not have illegal adult content on your website.

You won't be able to use Google Adsense on an adult site, so I guess you'll have to make your money either by charging membership or charging per view.

The trend with adult sites seems to be towards free or amateur sites. And as I would not be into creating my own video content, the only thing to consider now would be a free site that makes money through clicks on videos and advertizing affiliates.

I think adult sites are a dime a dozen. Getting a good Google page rank is what will make or break this type of site in no time. I think a site of this nature could make great money if you can get the page ranking.

I think that any site has the potential to be profitable. It depends on how it is marketed and how you handle your site. If you do it right, you can sell anything.
