Default doing business with family

A family member has expressed interest in having me develop a website for her business since I have done websites for myself in the past. I am a bit sketchy on whether or not to take the job because of our relation.

Does anyone have any experience in dealing with family members as clients?

I won't deal with family members as clients. If you get something wrong or take too long or even once you've finished the job the family member might want updates and add-ons and extras without being billed like a normal client would.

As a rule, I wouldn't do business with family. Unless you are willing to give your time away that is. Somehow, it becomes a family thing instead of a business thing. I'm sure it's not like this in all families but in most.
