Traditional business is definitly not as strong as it was before. With e-commerce, its only a few clicks and then waiting. Most big traditional business now offer e-commerce abilities and it seems to get more popular. The downside to this is, many people could lose their jobs because the need for customer service is deminishing.

Agreed. However, Traditional Business is also important as many people still prefer to buy the products after they check the product themselves. Traditional business has lost some importance in some years. However, it won't demolish soon. Customer service is really important whether it is a Traditional business or an E-commerce business.
