In asia will be best , such as in Korea?

Well in korea laws are well rather loose like the good old wild west. If ye wanna do iligal junk thats the place to go not something a host shoud allow but they do reading from all the news messages coming from there.

since your ip will be on the 200 range wich is usually filled with non legit versions of windows you will get trojaned rather fast have fun lmao

Illegal content? don't ever think about it. Korea is very strict.
I got myself a dedicated server and a vps for my client in south Korea through
internetbrothers dot co dot kr
you can try them. very good support.

I don't think you will be able to host illegal content in Korea.

There is only one company I see they have support in English
It seems they are online since 1999 Internet Brothers Korea.
But they are very strict when it comes to any illegal activity.
As long as you are not doing some thing wrong You will be OK with them
I have seen a lot of good review.

Internet Brothers in Korea will not host anything that even smells illegal.
Check their site. Its right there in some sort of English...
