I am new in hosting. I don't have much more knowledge about that.
I want to know that What are the disadvantages of Dedicated Server Hosting?

One of the largest disadvantages to utilizing a dedicated server is the cost. While most hosting packages that make use of shared servers are comparatively inexpensive, purchasing a hosting package that is not shared is very costly. As the expenses are not shared between several accounts, the price can be out of range for many start-up companies.

Although dedicated sever is costly but it has so many advantages such as in a dedicated server hosting, you are the only one who will be playig with that server, unlike other shared hosting servers, you will be owner of all resources and are free to utilize them upto your desire. so i think cost is not a big issue.

There is no disadvantage of using dedicated server. If you are so concerned about the prices, then I would recommend you to check the price of single core processor web server, which is starting from $69.00. Even, you gets a decent discount on annual payment. So I think you need to re-think your strategies.
