Hi,
Do dedicated server provider companies free tech support for admin? Please give me some comments or suggestions about it.

Hi!

It is very unlikely that you will find a dedicated server provider that offers free tech support. Most providers assume that the "admin" is programmers.

If you don't know much about administering a server, or you don't have much more technical knowledge then you can choose managed dedicated server or you can choose those providers who offer support packages, where you pay a flat rate for tech support.

I am not sure about other hosts , but for our servers, we offer a free Support that is we can install software's for you , provide help for control panels and its related task, we can configure backups for your on your backup plan, error trouble shooting for you, and little bit of support on coding issues like connection strings. We can try our level best to provide support for third party applications and software installation if proper documentation for it is provided.

Only the coding related issues are to be handled by the Developers.

You can always have a check with the sales agent or refer the SLA of the host for their support offering
