Default Bandwidth
Is it possible to get more metered bandwidth on a dedicated server? What are the sizing options when I upgrade. Can it be any amount or does it have to be one of the pre-determined bandwidths?

Well it depneds on the packge. Regarding to more metered bandwidth on a dedicated server you should upgrade the package. If suppose you are using Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz and wants to extend bandwidth then you should opt Core 2 Duo 3.16Ghz.
