Dedicated server resources

If I have extra resources on my dedicated server is it alright to sell some of that to someone else. Say I have a friend who would like some use of my extra resources?

Yes, if you are left with extra resources on your dedicated server, then there is absolutely no harm in selling them and earn some profit ;)

I never thought about that aspect of dedicated servers before. But this is something that is very good to know. I think it is important to maximize profit and minimize unused resources! Thanks Bodhost!

A dedicated server is a server to which you are the only one that has access to the files, and you control the contents of the entire server. You are not sharing space with anyone else, nor can anyone else get to your data.
