Install a Forum Application

I know that it is possible to install a forum application on the Linux dedicated as I'll have full root access on it. Just wanted to check if it is easy to install a forum application like phpBB or SMF on the Linux server.

Please suggest....

Yes, either you use a dedicated server or VPS, it is advisable to use cPanel/WHM control panel. I love Fantastico. Even the hosting savvy users will get benefits of it. Using Fantastico will make their jobs done faster and easier.
