Actually i am little bit concerned about the security where i will need to depend on third-party to safeguard the security and privacy of data and information. Is this something that i will need to think about deeply?

I don't think so as this would be secured enough to host your websites. If you want, you can also get AVG Enterprise Version of Anti-virus added on your VMWare Cloud VPS. However, it can be added with Windows Cloud VPS only.

Cisco, VMware and NetApp have announced a three-way partnership and a new architecture for secure, multi-tenant cloud hosting offerings. Hence we can hope to have more security in future clouds.

I agree that the benefits of the cloud are huge, but I too have many concerns regarding the security of these types of systems. If it is as secure as the more conventional alternatives then it is a wonderful system.

Most of the Cloud hosting providers are claiming to offer many added advantages with Clouds, but nothing can be set until it is been tried and tested.Lets hope to find some reviews from users hosted on Cloud Servers.

Cloud Hosting provides many benefits for businesses, one is no downtime & highly secured. In short we can say,Cloud Computing is the combination of technology (virtualization and automation).

This actually depends on the hosting provider you choose for Cloud computing

There are hosting providers who offer plans on Cloud computing also due to which you need to pay a monthly fixed charge for the hosting plan you choose

As said by Joseph, it would depend on the host who is offering Cloud Hosting. Some web hosts offer these packages at fixed charges and some might offer them at Pay Per Usage basis.
