Default SMBs bundles?

I know some other places are doing this for those companies which need a dedicated server for their site and so on, but are these that common for the not so big companies out there. Would a small time place get a benefit from this? The most I am reading it deals with Plesk Billing ^ the panel itself, but are there other things that would be of good use to those who run SMB's?

I think the cost is dependent on the service provider. But I can see where I would be useful for either small or even large companies, it just that the selling company would have to be able to effectively support the volume needed.

There are times when I see these bundle deals and think "Who would need that", then I think back to times when I needed odd things and I guess it can make sense. I think the most oddball one I have seen is some small hosting place that had a sale going on for dedicated servers but also included a small VPS, I guess something like that was to push more sales towards the VPS than the dedicated servers, but really who would do that?

I have never seen any smaller bundles that looked right. I do agree some of the larger ones just seem to be advertised for flare to the company, but I would love if more places offered custom packages.

Also, if there isn't a high overhead to offering the bundles, than there isn't any problem with offering them to cater to the individual company's needs. Sounds like a smart business plan if there isn't too much cost involved.
