Default Hot-swap?

I was looking up BODhost's dedicated server hosting page and noticed a line that says "Hot-swap Server Racks". Is that the kind where you can replace a failed hard drive in your dedicated server while the server is still online and running? If it is, are there any requirements in order to ensure that your dedicated server is capable of hot-swapping (ie. number/kind of hard drives, RAID types, etc)?

Well, we have Hot-swap server racks where if your drive fails, we will replace it while your server is online and there are no additional required by the clients and are set as default.

That's certainly good to know. If there's anything I know about the users of my sites, it's that they can't stand downtime! It's great to have a safety net.
