using both RAID's on a single PC?

Hey there, I have heard of both RAID 0 and RAID 1 but I haven't tried either on my PC because I am currently using a flash drive (removable hardware) to back up all of my important files. I am thinking of having an extra storage in my hard drive like 80 gigabytes to store additional necessary programs and media. Can I use both RAID's on my PC with four drives?
