Been with Bod Host Around 3 Years

After 3 years of hosting here and paying my bill every time the second it was sent I have to go. I have been getting ran all around by the support team and getting to the point that I have had some clients down over 10 days and support tickets open for days with no help.. I have one today that I think is as simple as a user stuck in the httpd file. The tickets been open about 12 hours and I stated over in the ticked about the clients account is like half in the server and half not in. I cant remove it and I cant restore it. The tech answered after it sat in support 9 hours, his answer"remove the account first" did he have a clue..

Well best luck and this is the truth. I am guessing you will not post this or write some BS about how it was my communication and nothing on your end.
