Things i got told about vps and the truth

Well my website was running on a small shared hosting package and knew i would need a vps before it could go live. I tried to live chat a few hosts to get some answers on what i would need before i decided to buy. After connecting to 3 of the live chat guides from different sites i got told "sorry you dont have a vps package with us i can't help you" (chat ended)

I then asked a few times on different forums and got told many times (do not buy a vps if you have got limited know-how)

So that was it beer in hand nearly 1am in the morning i came accross bodhost.com grabbed the phone and dialed the free number asked about what vps would be best for me. He then told me to buy the package and ring him back so hung up bought the package he suggested and rang him back.

He then told me he would work on it right away so i dont have to wait long not long after a email arrived with my vps details cpanel installed and everything i needed to get started.

I have had my vps now for 3 days and had about 4 problems (mainly stupid ones like can't install a script cos im to dumb)

I turned to the live support and email support for help (every time i asked for help my problem was solved in under 45 mins!!!!!!)

So the conclusion to this post??

Thanks to the best service i have ever experienced bodhost!!!!!

That is very nice to hear. I've had the same issues in the past and while I am working on figuring out what I'm doing here Bodhost has been the only company to let me come into their forums, ask a zillion questions and still come back time and again to answer them and make sure I understood!

Seriously though, this is the hosting company I've been to that allows people on their forum even though those people haven't bought a package yet, this includes me. The mods and members are kind enough to answer questions related to web hosting and sometimes even topics that have nothing to do with hosting websites.

I would like to thank the Bodhost company for giving me the opportunity to speak out my thoughts and questions. You guys really ROCK! Keep up the good work!

Need to second this and I've posted similar - have been with bod now for about 6 months and not a bad word to say - all queries no matter how dumb are answered, all of my stupid stupid stupid mistake generating queries are answered or fixed - no idea who runs the support team but they need to let the 'boots on the ground' know that their efforts are really appreciated
