Love the community, love the service!

First of all, I gotta say that I absolutely love the community here! The active involvement of not just the customers but of the BODhost staff as well makes this company one of the most welcoming I've ever seen.

Now, as to the service... I confess I am not the most technically-minded person there is. I know some things but my knowledge has always been inconsistent (I sometimes miss even the simplest of things). However, the staff here at BODhost have always been very accommodating, even willing to educate me on the things I don't know (no, they don't give classes). Hardware and software can be found almost anywhere else, but it's the service that sets BODhost apart and it's service that really matters. Kudos!
