Bodhost; Best support i've seen so far!

Hello,

Well, let me tell you my story about Bodhost.

I found Bodhost trough google, searching for a cheap VPS. Found it and got it installed within 24 hours! It amazed me how fast it goes. Also, I wanted some custom configurations on the server which were allowed. A big plus for them, most providers would say: No, you get what you order.

Now that I received my VPS Starter I installed everything and tried to run my servers, the only problem was that I had a lack of memory, from untill that point all gone very good, never had the idea of missing CPU/RAM/Connection speed.

Later that night I contacted them to ask if it was possible to upgrade my RAM, sadly enough that wasn't possible, so I went searching for other providers which would match my requirements. A support member "Harry" said to me that I should look for the small letters and how good their support was. After 5 hours of searching(ye, i'm looking for the best quality for the lowest price) I ended up at a dedicated hosting company. I was looking for a good offer, found a dedicated server over there where the specs and price were better than at Bodhost. I nearly couldn't believe it, then I remembered what Harry told me. I looked a bit further, and yes, Windows Server 2003 License fee! Raised my costs higher than any VPS over here. It was kind of my point to say no to the dedicated server, but still it would be a good offer. Then I tried to contact them about a Windows OS without any fee's. They didn't had anyone or could make me a server/vps which would match my requirements. It took them nearly a full day to answer my question which kinda dissapointed me.

So, I came back to look at the prices of Bodhost. And realised the prices were high for me, but still good. After a long thinking I decided to upgrade my VPS to the highest. After 2 wierd email's I decided to hit them up at the Live Chat. This worked very well! First Shawn helped me, then I got hit up with Shane who helped me before. He advised me in everything and upgraded my VPS!

Currently I'm waiting for it to finish the setup, but it won't take much longer I guess since my previous VPS was installed within a few hours.

I want to Thank all of the people at Bodhost for their support, especially Harry and Shane!

I hope I'll be here for a long time, will be active from now on this forum to help/write my experiences!
